Each morning I set out to read a few Bible scriptures and see what the Lord has for me today. Lately, His Word has been so relevant for our times and I being so excited about it am compelled to share.
Today I decided to let myself off the hook. I don’t have to post about Jesus every day. Then I opened up to Psalms 103. I encourage you to read this most uplifting Psalm. On the same page in my Women’s Study Bible was this chart.
The last line called me out.
His Provision. Whzat God calls us to do, He will equip you to do it. Wow, this is proven by the following:
Matt:19:26
26 Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”
6 being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.
Phil 1:6
Phil 4:13
13 I can do all this through him who gives me strength.
1 Thes. 5:24
24 The one who calls you is faithful, and he will do it.
This is such good news I had to share it.
If you want to do something even though it is big and you never did it before. Don’t let that stop you. We don’t have to see how it will happen only take one step at a time toward it and it will unfold before your eyes.
I am a witness to this. It has happened for us so many times in our lives. What seemed insurmountable and absolutely impossible happened and God made it look so easy that everyone around us came to think anyone could do it. Except they couldn’t and didn’t. If God put something good on your heart don’t let doubt or nay sayers stop you. Go for it! If it is truly motivated by God and has a foundation based in love He will equip you to do it.
